Self-love for me is being true to who you are.
I founded both Goddess Detox Inc. & #SelfishBabe. I help women on their own self-love journies and like to call myself a Self-Love Manifestor.
I don't believe that you need months for a transformation to happen.
I believe that a transformation can happen in as little as 3 days, which is why I host these challenges.
They are an efficient way for you to be surrounded by a community of other women doing the work towards their own individual transformation.
